Refund and Returns Policy

At YourGymPlan®, we are committed to delivering high-quality, personalized fitness and nutrition plans. Due to the digital and personalized nature of our products, specific rules apply regarding refunds and returns.
1. Digital Products – No Physical Returns
All our products are digital and delivered via email. Therefore, we do not accept any physical returns.
2. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund only in the following cases:
❌ Duplicate Purchase: You were charged twice for the same order.
📩 Non-Delivery: You completed the required form, but did not receive your plan within 3 business days.
⚠️ Technical Error: There was a proven issue with the delivery system on our side.
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your order and provide:
Your order number
Proof of payment
A brief explanation of the issue

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
🔄 You changed your mind after purchase.
📝 You failed to complete the required form.
📬 The plan was sent but marked as spam or unread.
⛔ You provided incomplete or incorrect information in the form.
💡 You expected results without following the plan properly.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund is approved, we will notify you by email. Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
Filing a false chargeback after receiving your product is considered fraud. If you have an issue, we encourage you to contact us first — we’re here to help.

7. Right of Withdrawal Waiver
By completing your order, you expressly agree that delivery of the digital content shall begin before the end of the withdrawal period. You acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal according to § 356 Abs. 5 BGB.
